Governance

The St Mark’s School Council includes a majority of members elected by the St Mark’s Lutheran Church congregation on a two-yearly basis, with a further two positions for non-congregational members.

The School Council oversees all governance matters relating to the school in line with the St Mark’s Strategic Plan, Lutheran Education Australia, Lutheran Schools Association SA/NT/WA, State Government and Australian Government initiatives and requirements.

The School Council delegates day to day leadership and management of the school to the Principal.

Ideas, suggestions and feedback are welcomed from the school community for consideration by the School Council.
