Governance
The St Mark’s School Board is elected by the members of the School at the annual School AGM in May. The School Board includes a majority of members who are members of St Mark’s Lutheran Church or another Lutheran Church.
The School Board oversees all governance matters relating to the School in line with the St Mark’s Strategic Plan, Lutheran Education Australia, Lutheran Schools Association SA/NT/WA, State Government and Australian Government initiatives and requirements.
The School Board delegates day to day leadership and management of the School to the Principal.
Ideas, suggestions and feedback are welcomed from the School community for consideration by the School Board.
