On Sunday the 23rd of May, our Lutheran Lightning Pedal Prix Team were at The Bend, a motorsport facility at Tailem Bend, competing in the first 6 hour race of the 2021 Pedal Prix season. Our bike was on the track with 180 other vehicles, made up of primary school, high school and even adult teams! In our primary school category, we came 18th out of 36 other teams – well done Lutheran Lightning!
Our Pedal Prix team is only available to Year 6 students, and with a support team of parent volunteers, train on the bike outside school hours. There are more races to come, the next is on Sunday, the 18th of June at Victoria Park – supporters are welcome!
