On September 23rd, our students participated in the ALWS Walk My Way Walkathon. ALWS is an agency of the Lutheran Church of Australia. Their purpose is to reach out to people hurt by poverty, injustice and crisis.
This year, our students raised an amazing $7226, enabling 270 refugee children to go to school for a year! Thank you to everyone in our community who contributed to this cause and helped us to teach our students more about our St Mark’s values of Compassion and Service.
